Occasionally Catchpoint Systems will move the node to a different ISP in a region. This decision is made only when the availability of the previous ISP service has significantly degraded and the provider cannot offer a stable solution.
As of 19-Sep-2019, the Berlin, DE - KPN node in Germany is moved to Versatel ISP.
The node have been updated with new IP addresses and ASN. If you have IP white-listing applied on your end please update with the corresponding new IP addresses in your network firewall(s) to match the new ones.

There is major ISP issue at the provider side and we are working to get this resolved as soon as possible. Next update will be posted as we get progress on this.
