Our datacenter provider experienced some issues that caused some delayed alerting and data, which has recovered now. We are actively working with our provider on the issue.

Our core datacenter provider will be performing scheduled network maintenance on Saturday, 5-16-2020 between 5:00 to 8:00 AM EST. During this period, we expect some brief connectivity outages impacting: - the Catchpoint Portal and API services; - possible delays to alerts and reporting
We do not expect any major issues during the maintenance and tests will continue to run and collect data without issue. All updates will be posted on Catchpoint’s Statuspage here. If you have any questions, please open a support ticket with us at support@catchpoint.com.
