At 10:31 AM ET today, we started deploying a patch to the Portal. At 11:47 AM ET, we identified issues with custom dashboard visualizations and rolled back the patch at 12:06 PM ET.
The roll back was successful on all but one server – which caused it to return errors on performance charts. This affected a subset of users who were routed to this server while using performance charts.
The server was removed from rotation temporarily for re-deploying the application and the issue has been resolved.
